To ensure that you can continue measuring your cross-media campaigns in a cookieless world, we are phasing out the original AudienceReport and replacing it with the new generation of AudienceReport.

At AudienceProject, we want to empower you to make confident marketing decisions and reach your audience more effectively based on cross-media measurement. To enable you to keep doing this, we are phasing out the original AudienceReport and replacing it with the new generation of AudienceReport.

The phasing out of the original AudienceReport will take place in two stages; end-of-sale and end-of-support.

End-of-sale: June 30, 2023: This will be the last day to order the original version of AudienceReport. After this date, the product will no longer be available for sale.

End-of-support: June 30, 2024: This will be the last day to receive support for the original version of AudienceReport. After this date, access to the product will be disabled.

Why phase out the original AudienceReport?

A lot has changed since we launched the original AudienceReport back in 2012. Media consumption has become more fragmented, new privacy-focused legislation and regulation have been introduced, and third-party cookies are about to be eliminated.

Thanks to more direct integrations, more advanced technology and an even more robust methodology, the new generation of AudienceReport is a future-ready platform better suited for the increasingly fragmented media landscape while also relying less on third-party cookies.

Furthermore, the new generation of AudienceReport comes with a wide range of new features, making it easier to automatically measure cross-media campaigns and compare ad performance across channels. You can learn more about this in a recent article on our new and enhanced platform.

How to upgrade to the new generation of AudienceReport?

If you have an account in the original AudienceReport, you can keep using the platform and receive support as you do today until June 30, 2024, when the product will be disabled.

However, if you want to be prepared for the future and upgrade to a new platform with even more value-adding features, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team at support@audienceproject.com and request an upgrade to the new generation of AudienceReport.
