AudienceProject is looking for a Customer Success Manager for our headquarters in Copenhagen to support our continued growth.

Embarking on our second decade of audience measurement, we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. What you will do

You will refer directly to the Head of Customer Success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers and helping convert relevant prospects into customers. You will help support and grow our existing client base in the Nordics and work with global customers like Meta, Google, Kia, GroupM, Omnicom Media Group, Dentsu and many more.

The overall goal of the job is to increase revenue retention by ensuring successful trial conversions, onboarding new customers, supporting and developing existing customers, and proactively engaging with customers at risk.

It is the responsibility of the Customer Success Manager to deliver CSM & Support Services, act as a platform & solutions expert and project manager to customers and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

You will work proactively with customers to retain and develop strategic and commercial relationships, identify upsell opportunities on existing customers and engage with customers to solve problems internally and externally.

You will conduct and join customer meetings, plan and manage the onboarding of users and customers into our platform, and educate and update our customers by conducting support and training.

You will also support the Sales team with account management, including building relationships with key customer contacts and teams.

Who you are

You have a higher education in a relevant field (e.g. business, communication or marketing). Experience in digital media, ad tech or research is a plus but not a requirement. Experience from a customer success/solutions/support role is also a plus.

You are empathetic, inclusive and have a curious attitude toward colleagues and customers. You are open to feedback and development. You excel in building and maintaining close relationships with customers and colleagues.

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills and a drive to ensure productivity, efficiency, persistence and execution. You have the guts to ask questions and raise issues internally.

You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
