AudienceProject is a fast-growing technology-based market research company with 50+ employees across five countries delivering audience measurement and research solutions to major advertisers, agencies and publishers in the UK, Germany, France and Nordics. Over the past years, we have supported companies like Facebook, Google, Spotify, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, GroupM, Omnicom Media Group, Dailymotion and Discovery.

Embarking on our second decade of audience measurement, and with a new cookieless cross-media audience measurement platform just launched (more info here), we are looking for a motivated product manager to support our next growth phase.

As Product Manager, you will help create innovative products in an ever-changing industry and support our engineering team to make sure we meet our deadlines. You will be part of our international product team with reference to our Director of Product Management. You will also work closely with your colleagues in other departments, such as our Engineering, UX, Data Science, Marketing and Sales.

Joining AudienceProject will give you a front-row seat in the rapidly evolving marketing/research technology sector and an opportunity of working within a respected business delivering insight about audiences across the world’s largest media platforms to top-tier clients.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of your product and take part in prioritisation of backlog and making sure we meet our deadlines
  • Work with the engineering team; communicating the direction and vision for the product. You will be responsible for creating clarity and guiding the engineering team along the way
  • Monitor and facilitate releases; facilitate release meetings with the engineering team and monitor the project progress
  • Product discovery; take part in analysing the market and customer needs to understand which direction we should develop our products, including customer interviews
  • Uncover customer use cases and formulate them in product requirements
  • Create product documentation to support our Sales team, CSMs and customers.
  • Stakeholder management at multiple levels
  • Pitch in with product knowledge when needed (pitches, demos, etc.)

What you have

  • Experience in working with SaaS/software/cloud development
  • Broad product management experience, including product discovery, product scoping and documentation
  • Good communication skills and a ‘people person’
  • A structured approach to problem-solving
  • Used to work with a wide variety of people from your organisation; Sales, Engineers, Marketing, etc.
  • Fluency in English – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of machine learning and research is a plus but not a requirement
